Shipping:

Lyke A Model utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) as its primary shipping method.We package and ship orders Monday through Friday.We DO NOT ship nor deliver on holidays or weekends. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and allow 4-14 business days for it to be delivered. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.PLEASE NOTE:Lyke A Model Boutique does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse in Raleigh, NC.

If your order fits all authorization criteria then your order will ship on time.We do not consider an order to be overdue until 14 business days after the specified time has elapsed after the date your order was placed. Depending on where you live, it may be appropriate to allow even more time. If you think your order is lost or missing, please include your order number in your email to us.

Return Policy:

For items that you purchased, and then decide you do not want for any reason , we will exchange for any items returned to us in good condition ( have not been worn, no deodorant stains, etc.) in which we can resale, as long as they are sent back to us within 7 days of when they were received. Sorry, but we cannot honor any returns that are sent back after this 7 day period. No Exceptions. If you purchased the wrong item during checkout, there will be NO REFUNDS. Exchange only. Please be sure to view your order before submitting it. No Exceptions. 

**As of January 1, 2017: There will be a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.**

The customer pays any return shipping charges. Follow the instructions on your packing slip for any such returns, and please include the packing slip in your return shipment to ensure proper credit. We process returns and issue credits every Friday (depending on item purchased). If items are on sale there will be no exchange or return policy on the sale items. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
